1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the V Travel online shop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

3. Products and Contract Formation
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed only once we have accepted your order by sending an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, pricing errors occur, or delivery to the provided address is not possible.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP, unless stated otherwise.
The final price, including any applicable taxes, delivery costs or discounts, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Available payment methods may vary and are shown during checkout. Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page or during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, customs checks, courier delays or events outside our reasonable control.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with us until the goods have been delivered to you or to a person designated by you to receive them.
6. Returns and Cancellation
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You may cancel your order within 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.

After notifying us that you wish to return your order, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your cancellation.

The product should be returned unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale, where reasonably possible in its original packaging.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. However, if the product has been handled more than necessary and this reduces its value, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund.
7. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we have agreed otherwise.
Unpaid or cash-on-delivery returns cannot be accepted.
We recommend keeping proof of postage until the return has been processed.
8. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost where applicable.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery method are not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
10. Warranty and Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, exposure to excessive heat, moisture, impact or other external influences.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of V Travel until full payment has been received.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Terms and Conditions valid at the time of your order will apply to that order.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, this does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
